For discovery we did a poster it took about 3 weeks in the process. When whenua came over to see what we discovered. I got shy when I had to share what I discovered but I did it so I am proud of myself for sharing. Then at the end we had to share with the rest of whetu then when we were done we had to put it on the wall for parent interveiws.

Timetable

If I could make the timetables I would make maths,writing and reading fun.For maths I would let everyone do there MDR AWS and IXL for ½ an hour and then for the next ½ an hour we would do a fun math game.And for morning tea I would give everyone some sushi only on fridays. Just for a treat.For writing we would do blog posts free writing and then if they want to they could send it to ToiToi writing and then the piece of writing could get illustrated and then the whole world would be able to read it. For reading I would make groups of kids and then 2 groups could share a book.If they do not like the book they would have to do toxic.At 12:30 p.m. we would have lunch and then have playtime for 2 hours.After lunch we would do art and after art we would get our reading logs and go home.Everyday we will do something different like Watch movies at lunchtime on mondays on tuesdays we will book a ticket to go to a waterpark or rainbows end or something.On wednesday we would set up a party or something else really fun.On thursday we will play video games like crash bandicoot black cops minecraft and then after lunch we will do cross country every thursday.

On the first week of the holidays I was at my mums house and on Monday I was really sick and when mum wanted to go somewhere she couldn't because I was too sick. On Tuesday I was feeling a little better so me and mum went to the movies with George and Ange his mum. We watched Cars3. It was going good until Lightning McQueen crashed and he was not racing for the rest of the season. His sponsors said that there is a stadium for Lightning to go to and practise his racing skills again and try win all his races again but he had to improve his speed and beat Jackson Storm the next generation of racers.The creators that make cars are making next generation cars to keep races going.The only reason they make next generation cars is because they heard of the olden day rookie Jackson Storm. At the stadium there is other racers and also the coolest thing is in there is the simulator. It is for racers to practice their speed. Lightning McQueen had a trainer called Cruz. Lightning McQueen went on the simulator and found out Jackson Storm was in the simulator so Lightning McQueen went a little faster but then he starts hitting walls driving into the crowd and setting on fire so Lightning Mcqueen yelled out: STOP STOP GET MY TYRES OUT OF THIS TYRE THING. But that was a bad thing to do because when the tyre things came off he crashed into the simulator screen and smashed it and nearly electrocuted his car.

On Wednesday I went to Auckland to stay at my nana’s for the rest of the week. We went on a mana bus to Auckland and when we got there mum couldn't see nana  but I could they were waiting in the parking lot. Me, mum and nana’s friend Pat was with nana.

We did not know Pat was there. We went to the shops. I went to the BP and my nana went to get some beers. Nana lives where there is a line of houses. Her house has a garage inside and upstairs is her house. She has a cool house. My granny that use to live there but she is at a resthome now so me and mum can sleep in grannys room. I sleep on a stretch out bed and mum sleeps in grannys bed.On friday my cousins came and that meant we had to make arrangements for where everyone will sleep.Me and my cousin Jake slept on grannys bed.I was on one end of the bed and Jake was on the other end. My cousin Ellie slept on the stretcher and she sulked because it wasn’t comfortable.My other cousin Hailey slept with Jenna, my Aunty and Alex my Uncle. My mum slept on the couch. My nana slept in her bed. We went home on Sunday with my nana and my cousins. We bet my cousins to my mums house because they went and got fish & chips. After we had fish & chips my cousins took me to my dads. At my dads I had to open the electric gates so my Uncle could get on dad's driveway. Dad was sitting on the deck waiting for me and my cousins. My cousins stayed for a while.They had to stay for a while because Uncle went on the farm with dad.   

Chelsea, my step mum was at work. She works at T&T Childrenswear. When my cousins went home my oldest cousin wanted to go home with nanny. So the rest of my cousins went home but Ellie stayed and went home with nanny. One of the mama sheep got sick and could not get up it could not feed her lambs. We had to call the vet.The vet came and gave it medicine and the sheep died straight away, so we have to hand feed the lambs. They are triplets.1 is a boy and 2 are girls. I went on the farm with dad on Saturday and I had fun. I helped feed the calves and I also played with my calf. I don’t have a name for it yet but I know it’s number. It is number six. My sister tried to steal my calf but I said no you can have number three. My cousin Whitney has number two. My calf is really friendly.
